Hello, I am pleased to meet you. My name is Crissi Avila. You can also find my name on the listing of realtors with the collective, Realty. I grew up in the San Gabriel Valley, graduated from UC Santa Barbara and then spent about 15 years in television production. Although I enjoyed it I always knew I’d end up in the real estate industry because I learned the value of home ownership and investment income from my parents. I got my real estate license in 2004 and never looked back.
I have spent several years as a Realtor in the Los Angeles area and know every square inch of it! Additionally in 2009 I started my own business called CnC Group LLC. We bought, flipped and sold many homes that were in foreclosure in the Bakersfield real estate market. Working with investors and contractors revealed to me another side of real estate (there are many!) which has increased my acumen and knowledge.
